You can ask us to delete your Convinci account and the personal data associated with it at any time, including data imported from a connected storefront, rendered images and clips, and account information received from Google or Facebook at sign-in (your name, email address and account id).
If you signed in with Facebook
To stop Facebook sharing data with Convinci, open Facebook, go to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, choose Convinci and select Remove. Removing the app stops new data reaching us; to delete what we already hold, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Use "Delete my account" on your account page, or email hello@convinci.io from the email address on your Convinci account, with the subject line "Delete my data".
- If you email us, we will confirm receipt and verify the request is coming from the account owner.
- We will delete your account data, including imported product data and rendered creative, within 30 days of a verified request, and reply with a confirmation. Billing records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes may be retained as required by law.
What is not deleted
Records we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records for tax compliance) are kept only as long as the law requires, and are not used for any other purpose after your account is deleted.
