This page explains how cancelling a paid plan works, and when it comes with a refund.
How to cancel
There is one button, on your account page. Press it and your plan is cancelled right away. There is no email to send and no support queue to wait in.
When you get a refund
Cancel within 30 days of your first payment and you get a full refund.
You do not have to send proof, run a report, or give us a reason. If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we send the money back to the card or account you paid with.
One refund per account and store
Each store, and each connected Meta ad account or catalog, gets one refund. Once a store, ad account or catalog has had its refund, that store cannot start a new paid plan again, no matter which account asks. Your images and your free account stay as they are either way.
What is not refunded
Cancelling after 30 days stops future billing but does not refund what you already paid.
What happens to your ads
When you cancel, your ads switch back on their own. Any ad using your enhanced catalog goes back to your original feed images. Your link stops serving the new pictures, and Meta picks up your original images the next time it refreshes your feed.
