These terms cover your use of Convinci, run by 2612579 Ontario Inc. Convinci turns your store's product images into branded catalog ads for Meta. By creating an account or using the preview tool, you agree to these terms.
Business use only
Convinci is a business tool. It is for stores and the people who run them, not for personal or household use.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or an email link. There is no password to keep.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must have the right to use any store, product images and brand assets you connect.
Your content, your ads
Your store content stays yours. By using Convinci you give us a license to process it so we can make your ads. The ads we make are yours to use. We do not use your content to train models for anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Fair use, no abuse
Do not use Convinci to read a store you do not own and do not have permission to use. Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or try to get around the free-preview limits through automated or abusive means. Do not use Convinci to make ads that break the law or break Meta's advertising rules.
Plans and billing
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Paid plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time with one button on your account page. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
Ad results
We are not Meta, and we do not control Meta's ad platform. We do not promise any specific ad result.
Your feed link
Your feed link has a long random code in it. Keep it to yourself. Anyone who has it can see your feed.
Changes and uptime
We may change or improve the service over time. Convinci is provided "as is," without a promise that it will always be available or work without interruption.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows it, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email paying customers at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
